Services must be paid in full when ordered.

All information, descriptions, or images provided about our goods and services are as accurate as possible. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods and services. You agree to purchase goods and services at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject, or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order after payment, we will issue a refund equal to the amount paid. You are responsible for monitoring your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to your chosen payment instrument. We may cancel or reverse a transaction if it violates law or these Terms and Conditions.

Shipping and Delivery

Goods will be delivered via standard delivery by post (5–7 business days, depending on the equipment ordered). Delivery times may vary due to stock or unforeseen circumstances and do not include weekends or statutory holidays.

You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

Refunds

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receipt. Refunds are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Goods are broken

  • Goods do not match the description

  • Goods are the wrong size

Refunds do not apply to:

  • Discounted items

  • Custom orders

  • Special orders

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. California law may grant additional consumer rights, which we will honor.

SMS Marketing and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive marketing text messages from 19 Industries, LLC, regarding products, services, promotions, or other marketing materials. Message frequency may vary. Standard messaging and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any marketing text message. After opting out, you will no longer receive marketing messages.

We will comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and California consumer privacy laws. By providing your phone number, you confirm you are the account holder or authorized user.

Limitation of Liability

19 Industries, LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, from your use of the Site.

Indemnity

Except where prohibited by law, you indemnify and hold harmless 19 Industries, LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of our Site or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, except where the user is a resident of California. California residents are entitled to rights under California law, including privacy and consumer protection rights.

Dispute Resolution

If you and 19 Industries, LLC cannot resolve a dispute informally:

  • Disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration by a neutral arbitrator acceptable to both parties, except that California residents may reject arbitration and pursue claims in court.

  • Arbitration costs will be shared equally.

  • Both parties retain the right to bring small claims actions or seek injunctive relief or intellectual property enforcement.

Severability

If any provision is found to be invalid under applicable law, that provision will be removed, and all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended to maintain legal compliance or reflect changes in Site operations. Users will be notified via email or a notice posted on the Site.
